Description:

The product is obtained by aqueous extraction Paulinia cupana Kunth, subjected to a filtration process and then spray-dried. The properties of this product make it suitable for use in various applications in the food industry.

Application:

As a color and flavour component, the Guarana Organic ORGA10CAFSDP 28017 is particularly suitable for applications where good solubility is required. Snacks, breads, cakes, cookies, capsules, functional foods, beverages and others.

Expiration date:

Three years from date of manufacture, when properly stored in sealed and original packaging.


Storage Recommendations:

Store in a dry place, away from light, in original and closed containers, avoiding direct contact with the floor. No need for temperature and humidity control. According to USP 36 (recommended): temperature between 20ºC and 25ºC that possibly can vary between 15 º C and 30 º C. This product may be hygroscopic.
